Warranty Terms
Products are warranted to be free from defects in design, materials, and workmanship and to conform to specifications at the time of delivery.
Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products as determined by OKAI through inspection and evaluation.
Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, mishandling, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, or unintended use.
Exclusions
Normal wear and tear, consumables, and damages caused by environmental conditions.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs will void the warranty.
OKAI is not responsible for data loss, loss of profit, or indirect damages caused by the product.
Warranty Claim Process
How to File a Claim
Complete the After-Sales Form and send it to [email protected], including a detailed description of the defect, proof of purchase, and product serial number.
Ship the product in its original packaging, along with any accessories, to the address provided upon claim approval.
Shipping Responsibilities
To OKAI: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the product for repair or replacement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
From OKAI: OKAI will cover return shipping costs after completing the repair or replacement.
Warranty Limitations
Repairs or replacements do not renew or extend the original warranty period.
Defects in replacement parts within the original warranty period will be repaired or replaced.
Service Outside Warranty
Costs for Services
If the product is no longer under warranty but is still serviceable, customers can request a service quote from OKAI. Costs include inspection, repair, and shipping fees.
Shipping Costs and Insurance
Customers are responsible for shipping costs and any additional expenses incurred during service. OKAI may provide optional insurance for transit upon request.
General Conditions
Inspection Fees
If the product is found not to require service or is ineligible for warranty, an inspection fee may apply.
Replacement Parts
Replaced parts become the property of OKAI, and replacement parts are considered the customer's property.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must back up all data stored on the product before sending it for service, as OKAI is not liable for data loss.
Acceptance
Customers must inspect the serviced product upon receipt and report any defects within 10 business days.
Additional Notes
Refunds are not provided for service orders unless explicitly stated.
All services are governed by California law, and disputes are subject to arbitration as per OKAI's terms.
