General Shipping Information

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on the product and supplier. Some brands may require longer processing due to high demand or special handling needs (up to 7-14 business days). Important: There may be occasional delays due to increased order volumes and supply chain disruptions, including those caused by COVID-19. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
  • Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 3-10 business days for the Lower 48 States. Delivery times may vary for Non-Continental U.S. locations (Alaska and Hawaii), normally 7-15 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Most items ship free to the Lower 48 States. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii incur additional shipping costs and are shipped by air for faster delivery. Contact us for exact quotes.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you don’t receive tracking information within six business days, please contact us at [email protected].
  • Shipping Restrictions: We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses due to carrier limitations.
  • Missed Freight Deliveries and Storage Fees: Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. If you miss your scheduled delivery, additional storage fees may apply, which must be paid before rescheduling delivery.

Additional Shipping Details

  • Freight Shipments: Larger items may be shipped via LTL freight services. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery appointments are available Monday through Friday, within specific windows (e.g., 8 am–12 pm or 12 pm–4 pm). Exact times cannot be scheduled.
  • Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information to the carrier. Retain all packaging materials, including pallets, if a return is required.
  • Damaged Items: Inspect packages upon delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork. If significant damage is noticed, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately at [email protected]. For minor damages, file a warranty claim with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: Orders canceled before shipment are subject to:
    • 3% Credit Card Processing Fee for orders paid by credit card.
    • 6% BNPL Fee for orders paid via Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay.
    If an item has shipped, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Non-Continental U.S.: Alaska and Hawaii, Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
