Coverage
This warranty covers all EUNORAU electric bikes against manufacturing defects for the original owner. We reserve the right to update bike components with parts of equal or higher quality without prior notice. These changes will not affect your warranty coverage.
Warranty Period
- Frames: 5 years from the date of manufacture.
- Batteries: 2 years from the date of purchase (see Battery section for details).
- Motors: 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Other Components: 1 year, 6 months, or 3 months depending on the component (see Other Parts & Components section for details).
Warranty Transfer
The warranty can be transferred to a new owner if:
- The original warranty period is still active.
- The new owner provides the original owner’s name and order number.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear: Components like tires, brake pads, chains, and grips.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, modifications, or use of unauthorized accessories.
- Cosmetic damage: Scratches, dents, and paint fade.
- Corrosion: Damage due to exposure to the elements.
- Labor costs: Costs associated with part replacement or repair.
- Free accessories: Accessories included with the bike.
Frames
- This warranty covers frame replacement only.
- Labor costs for transferring components to the replacement frame are not included.
- EUNORAU may use a similar frame if the exact model is unavailable.
Batteries
- During the first 2 years, a defective battery will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
- After 1 year, a prorated credit will be applied towards the purchase of a new battery:
- Within 6 months: 20% of the sale price.
- Within 12 months: 10% of the sale price.
- Beyond 12 months: 6% of the sale price.
- Water damage is not covered.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from the repair center.
Other Parts & Components
- 12 months: Mid-drive/Hub motor, Fork, Headset, Battery Base, Display, Controller, Pedal Sensor, Speed Sensor, Throttle, Motor Switch, Charger, Brake Lever, Dual Battery Converter, Programmer, Rear Shock, Rim, Bottom Bracket, Crankset, Disc Brake Caliper, Handlebar, Stem, Seat Post, Seat Post QR.
- 6 months: Pedal, Hub, Kickstand, Derailleur Hanger, Gear Sensor, Front Light, Rear Light, Shifting Lever, Saddle Bag, Tailgate Pad.
- 3 months: Spoke, Cable & Wire.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from the repair center for motor replacements.
Extended Warranty
An extended warranty may be available for purchase. Please contact EUNORAU for details.
Warranty Claims
To make a claim, contact EUNORAU at [email protected]. Provide proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product.
Shipping Damage
Report shipping damage to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the bike. Provide photos or videos of the damage.
Repair Service
For repairs performed by offline bicycle stores, EUNORAU will provide free replacement parts but will not reimburse labor costs.
