All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. No type of check under any circumstance will be accepted. All merchandise remains property of MotoTec USA until payment is realized.
MotoTec USA will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for the product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package. With the exception of wrong products shipped caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer’s responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and in transit back to MotoTec USA within 10 days of receiving the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.
MotoTec USA will ship out free replacement parts if any shipping damage occurs or products arrive with missing/defective parts. Labor is not included; customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Shipping charges of warranty parts are only covered if shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, MotoTec USA, at their discretion, will offer a return or ship a replacement unit. Customers are responsible to box and safely pack the item for shipping; we cannot provide boxes or packing material. If damage is not reported to us within 10 days of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. For items shipped LTL Freight, damage must be noted with the driver on the delivery receipt at time of signature, or for concealed damage, they must be notified within 5 days of receiving; otherwise the claim will be denied.
MotoTec USA is not responsible for any products lost or stolen after being left at a business or residence without the signature service purchased on the order or if shown with picture delivery. This is because FedEx will automatically deny all claims without signature. If a product is not received, FedEx advises the customer to file a police report for theft and claim it on homeowner’s insurance. We also offer shipping insurance through FedEx for an additional fee. If a product is lost in transit, FedEx will pay the entire insured value, but if additional insurance is not on the package, they will only cover the minimum $100 insurance plus the original shipping charge. Example of no coverage: FedEx will not pay the claim if insurance is on a package, but the package is delivered without a signature and the customer claims they did not receive it. Only when lost in transit, not after showing delivered.

First thing first this is quality. The tubing is super thick and the hydraulic brakes with CNC aluminium wheels I am 5"10 around 250lbs and its a blast it's not for someone taller than 6ft for sure, my wife actually goes fast on it since she weighs less but it is well worth 1000 dollars don't hesitate I live on a cul-de-sac and it rules
I initially bought one of these, to see if my kids liked it and to see what the quality is. My kids enjoyed the first one so much we bought two more. Now we drift around the neighborhood, having a great time. Easy to build if you have your own tools, not as easy if you use the included tools. Hours of fun for the kids and adults in the family. My son is 10 and his legs just reach the foot rests. I’d advise wearing a helmet if you plan on pushing the limits of the trike. I fell off whipping it around too hard, but it was my fault. I wasn’t wearing seatbelt and going way to hot into the turn. Have fun!
