This policy is valid as of June 1st, 2024. The warranty is registered automatically from the date the customer receives the scooter. During the warranty period, if you experience any issues with the construction or mechanical features, please contact [email protected] to start the warranty claim process. Our team will assist in determining the best solution. If your e-scooter has damage due to part quality issues, YUME will provide the replacement part and guide for safe replacement.
All YUME Scooters are covered under this warranty for the original owner against manufacturing defects. NOTICE: Modified scooters and batteries are not covered by the warranty.
YUME will replace any defective component, excluding user error.
Warranty starts from the delivery date. Contact YUME at [email protected] or via live chat on the website. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos or videos of the damaged product for diagnosis. NOTICE: No parts will be replaced without photos or videos of the damaged product.
If shipping damage occurs, email us with photo or video proof within 7 days of receiving the product.
Replacement parts and shipping are free if you can repair the scooter at home. Labor at our service centers is free, but you cover shipping if the scooter needs to be sent to a repair center.
This warranty does not imply the scooter cannot break or will last indefinitely. Abuse, neglect, improper repairs, or abnormal use void the warranty. Damage from wear and tear or improper assembly is not covered. YUME will repair or replace defective parts during the warranty period. This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights, and other rights may vary by location.
This warranty covers essential components such as the frame, motor, battery, display, and controller when used as directed. Electrical component corrosion is not covered; proper maintenance is required to prevent damage.
A: Sorry, crashes or accidents are not covered. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
This thing is well designed with quality components. Yume is really stepping up quality. One thing I really like is the new trigger throttle. It is so high quality compared to any other scooter on the market. I've got 500 miles and this thing is just like the day I got it. People ask me about it almost every time I stop at a traffic light
Super cool scooter, fast and efficient, nothing compares, it's a beast. The Osprey is equipped with 11-inch off-road tubeless tires with better shock absorption and LED lights with turn signals and pedals so it can be seen at night, it looks really great and has a very loud horn, it is super heavy duty It has a speed of up to 56-60 mph. I have driven it on the road several times, and sometimes I was shocked by its speed when riding fast. I think it's great.
I previously have the Yume m11 but wanted a scooter that would give me more range and I must admit that the osprey was a big upgrade that gets a lot of attention. Not only is it fast but the upgrade of the zoom brakes are smooth. Lastly I had the scooter almost 2 months, I have 1,240 miles and only had to replace the tires being that I ran over a screw but other than that the scooter is amazing. I'm a Yume customer for life.
This scooter is so awesome I never want to use my car again :) This scooter is a must have if your in the scooter game
