Return & Warranty Policy

Any product purchased directly through Levy can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product for a refund to the original method of payment. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee for any new, unused products in the original packaging. Any products that have been lightly used out of the box and/or ridden will carry a restocking fee of 20% if returned within 14 days after delivery. Returns will not be accepted for any products that show abnormal wear & tear or physical damage.

Follow these steps to return products within 14 days of purchase:

• Send us a return request using the widget in the bottom right of this page.
• Receive a pre-paid UPS shipping label to the email address on file.
• Pack the product in original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure the product will be returned without damage. For original packaging, this must include the styrofoam inserts.
• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund within two business days.
• Once an RMA is approved, the customer has 28 days to ship the product back to Levy Electric. If the product is not returned within 28 days, the RMA validity is voided, returns will no longer be accepted, and any labels created will be canceled.

Items Returned while in Transit:

If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been processed, please contact us. Once we have the shipment re-routed and received back to our warehouse, we will process the refund (minus return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee). If the product is delivered after the cancellation request, it is the buyer's responsibility to return the product back to our warehouse for restocking.

Items Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit:

See Levy’s shipping policy. Items purchased through any of Levy’s affiliated retailers are not eligible for return through Levy.

Warranty

The Levy Electric Scooters come with a six-month warranty covering parts due to manufacturing defects. If a defect arises during the warranty period, Levy will repair the affected product at no charge, exchange it with an equivalent refurbished replacement, or supply a replacement part if the problem can be rectified with new part(s). Items damaged due to misuse of the scooter, or issues due to normal wear and tear, are not covered under this policy. This includes issues related to tires, worn brakes, joints loosening, scratches, dents, broken plastic, or water damage. However, parts can be purchased directly from our website for these issues. Battery Related Issues

Lithium-ion battery packs are consumable products that may lose charge capacity over time. See our guide for tips on prolonging battery life. Defective batteries are rare, but they are covered under warranty if they cannot be charged or operated inside the scooter. If you believe your battery is defective, please upload photos of the battery's serial number below.

Dead on Arrival

If your scooter arrives defective, Levy will either replace the defective component, repair the scooter, or send a replacement unit at no charge. If you choose to send the scooter back, we will provide a prepaid return label. If a replacement component was sent and the scooter needs to be sent to our NYC office, the customer will be responsible for shipping the scooter to Levy.

Extended Warranty

Warranty on Repairs / Replacements

Repairs or replacements made by Levy on a product beyond the manufacturer's 6-month warranty will include a limited 90-day warranty covering defects related to the specific repaired or replaced components.

Warranty on Parts

Any parts purchased will have a limited 90-day warranty for defects in the specific components purchased. Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear are not covered. This includes issues with tires, worn brakes, joints loosening, or water damage. For customers experiencing issues outside the warranty period, we are here to help. Spare parts can be purchased from our online store, and we provide detailed instructions for replacing common components.
