The brand prides itself on the quality and durability of its products. Each e-bike sold is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the terms below.
This warranty applies only to products, parts, and components (hereafter PRODUCTS) that have been manufactured, assembled, or sold in new condition by Velowave Bikes. This warranty covers replacement or repair of PRODUCTS in case of a manufacturing flaw in materials or workmanship, in accordance with the Scope of Warranty Service, and subject to any exclusions, limitations, and procedures explained below. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original retail buyer (hereafter BUYER) of the PRODUCTS, provided the BUYER has retained ownership of the PRODUCTS since purchase, and only for PRODUCTS purchased in new condition.
Battery packs are covered for a 2-year warranty from the date of original retail purchase or up to 300 charging cycles, whichever occurs first, with the battery retaining up to 75% of its original capacity within this period.
Other electronic components including the motor, controller, display, charger, and throttle are covered under a 2-year warranty from the purchase date.
Bicycle frames are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Mechanical components are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
For all PRODUCTS, the warranty period is counted from the delivery date to the BUYER unless excluded from warranty or otherwise voided.
Velowave Bikes offers full replacement of defective parts with free shipping within the first 30 days of the bike order. After 30 days, customers are responsible for all return shipment costs to support@ecomotionvibe.com.
Apart from manufacturing defects, parts that may wear due to normal use—such as bearings, brake pads, chains, free hub bodies, handlebar grips, rubber moving parts, shifter and brake cables, spokes, sprockets, stripped threads or bolts, tools, and transmission gears—are not covered under warranty. However, Velowave Bikes may offer replacements on a case-by-case basis within the first 60 days. Warranty coverage does not apply in cases where products are not installed, operated, cleaned, or maintained according to the owner's manual, or in cases of misuse, abuse, alteration, or damage from natural disasters.
As a 270 lb man biking used to be a challenge. However, this bike has more than enough power to handle both my weight and its own, with plenty to spare. I've already gone on four rides, each between 10-15 miles, and never used more than 10% of the battery. Over all pleased
So far, no problems after 3 months of riding. My wife has the Ranger ST, and we wanted to try a torque sensor ebike. The Breeze has a very nice pedaling feel, it feels more like a regular bike than an ebike, but it helps me easily ride uphill.I didn’t receive the free lock initially, but after contacting support, they quickly sent one. Very responsive service. I highly recommend this bike and Velowave!
